Training Curriculum
This Basic Workplace Digital Skills training program has been designed with four (4) training workshops for a total duration of approximately seven (7) hours. The development of this training was based on a Digital Skills theoretical framework, based on solid past research in the field of essential and digital skills.
COMMUNICATING WITH CO-WORKERS
BY EMAIL
Estimated length of time: 1.8 hours
Learn the useful functions of email including: Replying to an email, sending a new email, moving an email, transferring an email, deleting an email, opening an email attachment, recognizing fraudulent email attachments, using the Cc and Bcc functions, and choosing a degree of priority for an email. This workshop gives special attention to the implementation of cyber security.
